Voucher Maker

Print serial-numbered vouchers and queue tickets on A4, together with an automatic check-off list of the numbers — redemption tracking needs nothing but pen and paper.

✨ What makes this different

  • Tickets and a check-off list come out as a matched set with the same numbers. Redemption tracking is a pen mark on paper — no server, no app.
  • Add a stub and the torn-off half becomes your own record. The large-number queue mode works for calling waiting numbers too.
  • Ticket-style and double-border frames plus a theme color make vouchers that look properly made, not handwritten. Switch to serif for a gift-certificate feel.
  • The QR code is a bonus against misread numbers: point a phone camera at it and the ticket number appears as plain text.

🪄 Good for

School festival food tickets

Issue drink and food vouchers with serial numbers. The check-off list shows how many were sold and redeemed at a glance.

Fairs and kids' events

Prize exchange tickets for game booths. With stubs, both the giver and the receiver keep a numbered record.

Queue tickets

Large-number mode makes waiting-line tickets for receptions and shops. Cross off called numbers on the list.

Shop giveaways

Free-gift vouchers and service coupons for your customers, with an optional expiry date printed on each.

🔒 Everything stays in your browser

Nothing you type is sent to a server. Tickets and the check-off list are composed entirely in your browser and printed with your browser's own print function. Settings are stored only in this device's local storage.

❓ FAQ

How do I track which tickets were redeemed?

With the printed check-off list. Tick a number when the ticket is handed out and again when it is redeemed — a second attempt with the same number is caught immediately. The tool itself records nothing and sends nothing; everything happens on paper.

What is the QR code for?

It is a convenience against misreading numbers. A phone's standard camera shows the ticket number as plain text, which helps with small tickets or dim rooms. No special app or system is involved and no scan is recorded anywhere.

Can I sell these as gift certificates?

The tool is meant for vouchers, coupons and queue tickets that are handed out for free. Monetary gift certificates sold for money are regulated in many jurisdictions (in Japan under the Payment Services Act as prepaid payment instruments) and are outside this tool's intended use. Please keep it to free handouts.

Is anything I type sent anywhere?

No. Numbering, layout and the check-off list are all generated in your browser, and printing uses the browser's print function. Settings are saved only to this device's local storage.
