Daily Routine Pie Chart

Enter your activities with start and end times and get a 24-hour pie chart laid out like a clock. For school routine charts, time audits and daily schedule posters. Save as PNG, print, or print a blank circle.

Features

  • Type activity names with start and end times and get a 24-hour pie chart laid out like a clock (midnight at the top, clockwise)
  • Overnight activities (23:00–06:30 sleep) just work. Free time is hatched; overlaps are flagged
  • Colors are assigned automatically in a colorblind-friendly order and can be changed per activity. Names and durations sit inside the slices
  • Save as PNG or SVG, copy the image, print – or print a blank circle with just the hour marks to fill in by hand
  • Start from an example (school day, summer holiday, office worker, exam student) and edit
  • Share by URL, auto-saved on your device. Nothing is sent to a server

FAQ

Where is midnight on the circle?

At the top. The circle runs clockwise like a clock: 6:00 on the right, noon at the bottom, 18:00 on the left.

How do I enter sleep that runs overnight?

Enter it as is, e.g. start 23:00, end 06:30. An end time before the start is treated as overnight and drawn as a 7 h 30 min slice.

What happens when activities overlap?

The later activity is drawn on top and the Summary lists the overlapping time ranges, so typos and double bookings stand out.

What is the blank circle?

A printable circle with only the hour marks and the numbers 0, 3, 6 … 21 – no slices. Handy for handwritten homework or for kids to color in themselves.

Where can I use the saved image?

PNG pastes into Word, Google Docs and blogs. SVG stays sharp at any size and can be edited in Illustrator or Figma.

Is my schedule saved?

It is saved in this browser and restored next time. To open it on another device or send it to family, use "Copy share URL" – the URL carries the entries.
