The guess was wrong
Dotted parts are guesses from the face shape. Tap to choose another candidate, or set the direction manually and convert again. Kaomoji are read differently by different people, so the final pick is yours.
Is my text stored?
No. Conversion runs entirely in your browser and nothing is sent to a server. Only the direction and theme settings are kept in your browser.
What is the difference between kaomoji and emoji?

How do I type kaomoji and emoji on my phone or PC?
On iPhone and Android, the Japanese keyboard suggests kaomoji when you type words like かお (face) or にこ (smile); emoji come from the emoji key. On Windows press the Windows key + period for the emoji panel; on Mac press control + command + space.
