How do I print at the actual size?

In the print dialog, set the scale to the default (100%). It's also recommended to disable browser headers and footers.

What is the allowed input range for box dimensions?

Width, height, and depth can each be set from 20mm to 400mm.

What if the dieline doesn’t fit on the paper?

The dieline size is shown under the preview. The tool checks A4 (210 × 297 mm) and Letter (215.9 × 279.4 mm) separately in portrait and landscape; if one orientation fits both, it prints that way. If it fits only one of the two papers, it tells you which paper and orientation to use. If it fits neither, choose a larger paper such as A3. Shrinking it with “Fit to page” means it is no longer actual size, and the box will come out smaller.

How do I save as PDF?

Click the "Download as PDF / Print" button and choose "PDF" as the destination in the print dialog.
